I’m Eugenio Larosa, an Italian historical researcher, author and reenactor with more than twenty years of experience in the study of fifteenth-century Italy.
My work focuses on historical sources, material culture, military history, clothing and everyday life between the late Middle Ages and the Renaissance.

Miniatures Painting
Miniature painting between history, colour and research
Miniature painting combines precision, historical research and attention to detail. Medieval armies, Renaissance units and fantasy figures become small-scale projects through which clothing, weapons, colours and settings can be explored.
This section brings together completed works, ongoing projects and reflections on the creative process, with particular attention to historical representation and visual coherence.

Three-dimensional wargaming combines strategy, historical research and the reconstruction of battles through miniatures and scenery.
